Subscription Plans: Monthly ($9.99/month) or One-Time tracking options
Dashboard Access: View your active trackers and savings
Customer Support: Assistance with your account and service

2.2 Service Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, our service has inherent limitations:

Price tracking is based on publicly available data and may not reflect all available rates
We do not guarantee that prices will drop or that you will save money
Alert delivery may be delayed due to technical issues beyond our control
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, or other factors

2.3 Not Affiliated with Disney

IMPORTANT: WDW Price Watch is an independent service and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney World, or any of their subsidiaries. “Disney,” “Walt Disney World,” “Disney World,” and all related names, logos, and trademarks are the property of The Walt Disney Company. We use these names solely for descriptive purposes to identify the resorts we track.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You may register using:

Google Sign-In (if configured)

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Add unlimited alerts at no additional charge
Billed monthly in advance
Cancel anytime (see Section 4.4)

One-Time Subscription:

Price tracking for a single trip
Fee calculated based on tracking duration ($9.99 + $0.50/day)
One-time payment, non-refundable
Service continues until your check-out date

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

4.3 Billing

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method:

Monthly plans: $9.99 on the same date each month
One-time plans: The calculated fee at the time of purchase

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring sufficient funds are available.

4.4 Cancellation & Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions:

You may cancel anytime from your dashboard
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
No refunds for partial months
You retain access until the end of the paid period

One-Time Subscriptions:

One-time fees are non-refundable
Service continues until your specified check-out date
Early cancellation does not result in a refund

⚠️ REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of our digital service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial service usage or if you choose not to use the service after purchase.

4.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds):

We will attempt to retry the payment
Your subscription may be suspended if payment is not resolved
We may terminate your account after repeated failed attempts

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. If we increase prices:

We will notify you at least 30 days in advance
The new price will apply to your next billing cycle
You may cancel before the price increase takes effect

5. SMS & Messaging Terms

5.1 SMS Consent

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to the following:

Message Frequency: Varies based on price drops and account activity
Message & Data Rates: May apply based on your carrier plan
Participating Carriers: All major US carriers

5.2 Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

5.3 TCPA Compliance

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded messages from WDW Price Watch. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You acknowledge that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number provided.

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

You will save any specific amount of money
Alerts will be delivered instantly or at all
The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
Any errors in the service will be corrected

8.3 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida
Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action
